Alafia Holistic Therapies is located in Sittingbourne, Kent. We also serve the following areas: Gillingham, Rainham, Upchurch, Newington, Chatham, Rochester, Faversham, Strood, Greenhithe and London. 
 
The word Alafia simply means:

• Wellness

• Calmness

• Good tidings

• Or peace be with you.

 
Alafia is an African word and is often used as a greeting to another person, meaning “peace be unto you”.
 
I choose the name Alafia as it represents holism, I am to treat all clients holistically. My aim is for clients; to have the Alafia Experience. That their mind body and spirit is quenched and is in harmony. My mission is to ensure the client, feels balanced, peaceful, and tranquil.
