This was my first time trying acupuncture treatment, I suffer with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOs) and endometriosis which causes very painful menstrual cycles and fertility issues. I have tried a lot to ease off the pain, nothing worked or results were short-term. When I met Hazel, she introduced me to acupuncture and changed my world completely. I started having very light and pain free periods, no PMS symptoms, less bloating, felt more relaxed and stress free. My sleeping pattern has also improved. Hazel is very friendly and extremely helpful. She takes time to get to know you as a person, and listens to your problems. Hazel was very professional and explanatory in her approach to my treatment. I felt completely at ease when she administered her acupuncture treatment. Hazel was also very good at explaining likely progress as well as outcomes as treatment progressed.
The treatment room is very clean, warm and peaceful. It also has an oriental and cosy look which makes it a great place to relax and have some “me” time. The treatment is enriched with aromatic burning smell of incense, and light background music which allows you to drift away and enjoy your treatment.
I give Hazel 5* for the treatment and ability to create a magical experience. I definitely recommend Hazel, and cannot wait to book another treatment.

Hazel was able to reassure and explain the acupuncture points that she was applying. Including the benefits that particular area would receive eg help with drainage, relieving pain, help with memory etc. I arrived with a limp caused by arthritis to my leg and, left feeling virtually pain free. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep. Thank you Hazel, I would certainly recommend this facial and body acpuncture treatment.

Hazel helped my partner and I with fertility treatment after trying to gel pregnant over a nine year period. As a older lady with diabetes type 1 and on going thyroid problems I did not think I could become pregnant.
